This is so good for breakfast, a snack or dessert. Low sugar, high fiber and bursting with flavor.
½ -1 cup fresh raspberries
½ cup almond milk
½ cup chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp goji powder
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Blender
10oz glass bottles
Blend almond milk, raspberries, chia seeds, maple syrup and goji powder in the blender until just combined. Don't over blend. Eat right away or store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Pour into a glass container/bottle and top with pomegranate seeds.
I used our 10oz juice bottles and it worked perfectly to scoop the pudding out with a spoon.
