1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 banana
2 tablespoons of honey or 4-pitted dates
1 cup of coconut milk, almond milk or oat milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
a few ice cubes
Blender machine
Glass Juice Bottles, The Perfect Juicy Bundle
Place all ingredients in the blender. Secure lid. Blend on high until smooth. Pour in a glass bottle and serve or save for later.
Optional variation: Add a few spinach leaves to make this a green drink
