This smoothie is full of fiber, good for gut health and will even help to keep the toxins moving out of your body with the apple pectin and cilantro.

Perfect Green Cleanse Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup water, orange juice is good too
1 green apple
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 inch fresh ginger root
1 cup fresh spinach
small handful fresh cilantro, parsley is ok too
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

What You'll Need

Glass Bottles
Blender Machine

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
If you don’t have have a high-speed blender like a vitamix, I recommend blending the spinach, cilantro, and ginger with the water first, to help break them down completely. Then add in the fruit and lime juice, and blend again.
