1 banana, peeled
1-2 inches ginger, peeled
½ cup ice
Optional: 1 cup kale, spinach or arugula
¼ cup water
Blender
Glass Bottles
Place the orange, banana, ginger, water and ice in the blender. Blend until smoooth.
Add honey or agave to taste
