Cleanse and nourish with this tasty drink. 1 beet 1 lemon ½ of a cucumber 5 carrots 1. Cut the beet into quarters. Leave the peel on the lemon and cut it in half. Cut the cucumber half into spears. 2. Juice the beet, lemon, cucumber, and carrots together. Serve immediately.
